PSA Opportunity Sync Back to Propel

PSA Opportunity Sync Back to Propel

Project Opportunities created in Propel can be pushed to the PSA.

Once pushed, the following fields become read-only in Propel and are refreshed (during the daily sync) from the PSA:
  1. Material Cost
  2. Labor Cost
  3. Expected Start Date*
  4. Customer Response**
  5. Description (if empty in Propel)
* ConnectWise Manage: the Expected Start Date can be mapped to an Opportunity's custom field. If mapped, it will be pushed to and updated back from the PSA.
Autotask PSA: the Expected Start Date is pushed and updated back from the Opportunity's Promised Fulfilment Date field.
** When the PSA Opportunity is set to Won or Lost, the Customer Response in Propel will be automatically set to Accepted or Rejected respectively. Any other PSA status will have no impact.
Agreements and Agreement Adjustments are currently not synced back to Propel Your MSP.

Opportunities Deleted from the PSA

Synced opportunities deleted from the PSA will be automatically deleted from Propel Your MSP as well.

Opportunity Import (ConnectWise Manage-only)

For ConnectWise Manage integrations, you can select Opportunity Types and Statuses that will be automatically created in Propel. Navigate to "PSA Integration / Opportunity Mapping" to select the types. The opportunity import will occur on the next company sync with the PSA.
