Notifications to vCIO / Account Manager

Propel Your MSP can send Email Notifications and/or create ConnectWise Activities to your vCIOs provided they have an account on Propel and are associated to a company.

Note: Propel Your MSP never sends anything to your customers

Events with notifications are:

* When an audit is sent to review

* (others will be added in the future)

How to associate a vCIO to a company?

You can bulk assign a vCIO to multiple companies from the Companies List screen. Or, you can also individually set it from the Company Details screen.

How to Configure the Notification Mode?

The notifications to vCIOs can be sent either by email or by creating a ConnectWise Activity, or both. This is configured per user and is accessible from the "My Profile" (top right corner)
