Notifications to vCIO / Account Manager
Propel Your MSP can send notifications to your vCIOs and/or Account Manager provided they have an account on Propel and are associated to a Company.
Note: Propel Your MSP never emails anything to your customers

How to Associate a vCIO / Account Manager to a Company?
You can bulk assign a vCIO to multiple companies from the Companies List screen. Or, you can also individually set it from the aCompany Dashboard screen.
The notifications to Users can be sent either by email or by creating a PSA Activity, or both. This is configured per user and is accessible from the "My Profile" (top right corner)
Then the desired notification mode can be selected:
vCIO Process Notifications
When editing a vCIO Process Meeting or Audit Item definition, you can set the type of notification and the number of days before the event that it should be sent. Instead of going to the vCIO or Account Manager, vCIO Process notifications can also be created as PSA Ticket. See "PSA Integrations / PSA Defaults" to see the default Service Board / Queue to use.
View Notification Status
You can view the status of a individual notification (sent or not, date, ticket ID, etc.) from the the a company's vCIO Process screen. If you click on any item, a popup window will open with the item's details, including the notification results.
