Company Team Members (vCIO and Account Managers) from PSA Users

Team Members (vCIO and Account Managers) are assigned from the list of PSA Users. This allows setting up a company's vCIO and Account Manager even if the said vCIO does not yet have a User Account in Propel Your MSP.

For ConnectWise Manage, it is even possible to automatically set and keep in sync the assigned team members based on the values present in the PSA.

Import from PSA (ConnectWise Manage-only)

For ConnectWise Manage integrations, you can pick the PSA Team Roles to map to vCIO and Account Manager and those will be automatically set on the imported Companies in Propel. Navigate to "PSA Integration / Team Roles" to map the roles to use.

ConnectWise Manage (Action Required)

There are two new Security Rights that need to be set up in ConnectWise Manage.
  1. Companies / Team Members: Inquire = All
  2. Add "System / Table Setup (customize*) / Company / Team Role"

Autotask PSA

(no change)
Team Roles do not exist in Autotask PSA, the import functionality is therefore not possible.
