FAQ - Autotask PSA - Service Ticket Creation

When creating a Ticket in Autotask from Propel Your MSP, if you wish to set the "Ticket Category", you will need to make sure that all required fields (not present in the list of fields in Propel Your MSP) have default values.

Propel - Autotask Ticket Fields


In Autotask PSA, go to Admin / Features & Settings / Service Desk (Tickets) / Ticket Categories / {edit a category} / Details / Sections & Fields.

In the previous example, the "Due Date" is required, so it needs to have a default value. Otherwise the Ticket Creation will result in the following error in Propel.
