WebSocket Connection Testing
Propel Your MSP relies on WebSocket connections to receive server event notifications and downloading report files, etc.
If the server connection is broken, you will see the following icon in the top right corner of the page and possibly receive a JavaScript error message saying that something went wrong.
Try clicking on the icon above or refreshing the browser page to attempt a reconnection. If nothing works, here are some non-affiliated test pages to ensure WebSocket connections are working in your infrastructure.
If these pages also do not work, then the problem resides in your networking environment. You will need to have that resolves before Propel Your MSP can work as intended.
