Attach file(s) to Company Audit Questions

In a Company Audit, you can attach file(s) to an question's answer.


When creating a PSA ticket from Propel during the Audit's review, the attachments can also be sent to the PSA and attached to the created ticket.

PSA Security Permissions

ConnectWise Manage

An extra security permission is required to allow attaching documents to Service Tickets. Edit the security role used by the Propel API Member add the following security permission:
Companies / Manage Attachments: Add Level = My, Inquire Level = My


Autotask

No new security permission needed
