How to import an Audit Questionnaire from Excel?

It is possible to import Audit Questions from Excel, but you need to add your questions to our Excel template. Here are the steps to do so:

1- Create a new Questionnaire

2- Save the basic information about the questionnaire
Before you can see the Excel template in which to enter your questions, you need to save the basic information about the audit.

3- Download the Excel template
After saving the basic questionnaire information, you will be able to download the Excel template. Fill it and reimport it back into the system. Your new questions will be created.

Notes

You can also export and reimport existing audit questions.

The Excel file produced is the same as the Excel template to import new questions, with the notable difference that there are two extra columns at the end: namely the internal identifier of the existing sections and questions for the exported questions.  Do you remove those two columns, otherwise your questions are going to be treated as new questions and you will created duplicates.
